For this episode I am joined by under 23 rider for Great Britain and Trinity Racing, Bob Donaldson.
Bob and I chat through his early experiences on the Road and Track through to his progression as an Under 23 including racing in World Championships, Professional wins with Trinity Racing and great results in the Baby Giro and Tour de l'Avenir.
Bob now enters his final year as an Under 23 and hopes that it will bring some great results and help him progress to a World Tour team in the future.
