Cycling Talk Podcast - The Ellen van Loy Episode

For my final episode of 2022 I'm really excited to be joined by Belgian Cyclocross rider Ellen van Loy.

I have watched Ellen race cyclocross on the TV for as long as I can remember and it was amazing to have her join me to talk through her cycling life story.

Ellen was a late comer to cycling and after nearly 20 years of playing volleyball she found cyclocross in 2008 and has competed in World Cups and World Championships in Europe and the USA  ever since.
We talk about riding and racing around working with adults with learning disabilities, Ellen's passion to support riders with disabilities and what its like to be competing against so many young riders at the highest level of the sport.
Ellen now rides for De Ceuster Bonache and you can see her racing in lots of races over the busy Christmas period via gcn +
